Job summary

Truist in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, MarTech Data & Platforms Engineering to lead architecture, governance, and operational excellence of the enterprise Marketing Tech data ecosystem.

This leader owns the platforms, frameworks, and engineering practices that enable customer data collection, integration, transformation, activation, analytics, measurement, and privacy compliance across the MarTech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 10+ years of software, data, or platform engineering experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for MarTech data and platform engineering.
• Lead architecture of customer data platforms, data services, and activation frameworks.
• Own platform reliability, scalability, performance, and technical debt management.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.
• Mentor engineers and managers in architecture, engineering practices, and platform strategy.
