Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with extensive IT software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of IT software engineering experience including 5+ years of business decision-making experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Advanced leadership experience in architecture, engineering practices, and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for MarTech data and platform engineering.
• Lead architecture and evolution of customer data platforms, marketing data services, and activation frameworks.
• Establish scalable architectures for batch, streaming, and real-time data use cases.
• Drive modernization of data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning capabilities.
• Lead vendor evaluations, governance, and adoption of engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and managers in architecture, engineering practices, and platform strategy.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs aligned to platform reliability and business outcomes.
