Ladders is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI & Data to guide strategy and delivery of data and AI products in a remote role based in the United States.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate objectives into clear requirements, backlogs, and measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include shaping data/AI platforms, defining success metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

Formación

• 5-7 years of product management experience in data, analytics, or AI platforms and products.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong leadership skills in agile environments with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance in transformation projects.
• Proficiency in product and project management tools and openness to AI-enabled solutions.
• Significant experience managing end-to-end product outcomes in data, analytics, or AI.
• Prior consulting experience with a strong reputation as a subject matter expert.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI & Data to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide the strategy and delivery of data and AI products that solve meaningful business problems and support broader transformation efforts. You will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate objectives into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. The position also requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 annually
