Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Sr. Product Manager to drive data and AI platforms that align client goals with modern solutions. You’ll partner with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders across engagements, delivering clear requirements, backlogs, and measurable KPIs.

You’ll lead agile planning, own end-to-end product outcomes, and communicate effectively with executive sponsors. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise).
• Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and communicate clearly with client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance, and experience in change-heavy transformations.
• Proficiency with product/project management tools and openness to AI-enabled execution tooling; willingness to travel as required.
• Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products.
• Prior external consulting experience.
• Recognized as a go-to SME; comfortable with executive-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required by our clients.
