Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI/ML to shape strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered healthcare products. You will lead product lifecycle from framing problems through deployment, translating business needs into clear requirements and release plans.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize delivery, measure product success, and support commercialization efforts, with a remote-first work setup in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management focused on platform or integration products.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT with partner integration products.
• Minimum 3 years Agile development experience.
• Experience managing AI/ML or data-driven products with AI/ML lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and business data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI/ML to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products that support healthcare workflows and data-driven decision-making. You will lead the product lifecycle from problem framing through deployment, translating business needs into clear requirements and release plans. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize delivery, measure product success, and support commercialization efforts.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
