Ladders is assisting a leader in Real Estate & Construction to hire a Project Manager. This remote, US-based role oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing plans, managing risks and finances, guiding project teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in real estate or construction.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate project teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The Project Manager will partner closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to keep work moving forward, manage risk, and maintain strong alignment across all phases of the project. This position also plays a key role in financial oversight, team leadership, and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $137,000 annually
