• Support prioritization across competing initiatives in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes
• Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data‑driven decision making
• Drive adoption of practical best practices that effect team effectiveness
• Present project and program updates and insights to senior leadership
