As a Sr Mgr Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. We will count on you to supervise employees and managers to ensure operational expectations are met for Insight’s internal and external customers. Along the way, you will get to:

• Leading and coaching the team. Holds reviews for all area teammates. Hires and develops teammates.
• Assist with the creation of plans and strategies to department objectives.
• Drive the creation of metrics that measure and track results for accountability and attainment of objectives.
• Manage ongoing reporting of metrics in executive dashboards and management reporting systems. Provide regular reporting to executive team.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of strong task oriented results.
• The ability to model using advanced Excel functionality is a requirement.
