Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Team Lead Distribution to direct teammates and manage day-to-day operations in the Integration Services center.

You will ensure client orders are picked on time and coordinate warehouse staff, forklift operators and techs to meet production targets. The role requires supervisory experience, a minimum of 1 year in warehousing, and the ability to present information clearly to managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct teammates in their respective area and manage day-to-day operations to meet production.
• Coordinate warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center.
• Ensure client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and document daily volume of lab units in departmental records.
• Effectively utilize communication tools to share issues with teammates and management.
• Organize and facilitate department or company meetings.
• Assume the supervisor’s role during supervisor absence.
• Proactively drive tasks through to completion.

As a Team Lead Distribution, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets it required level of production. The team leader is responsible for the coordination of warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center. We will count on you to ensure that client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Monitor and document the daily volume of lab units in departmental records.
