Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, rapidly troubleshoot breakdowns, restore service, and uphold a safe work environment while leading by example in a fast-paced facility.

Applicants should have a minimum high school diploma or GED, with trade school preferred, plus 3–5 years of hands-on facility

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate or GED; trade school preferred.
  • 3–5 years hands-on experience in a commercial facility/physical plant operations.
  • Certification or Associates Degree from an accredited college in Facilities, Engineering, or Architectural disciplines is a plus.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conflicting assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, rapidly troubleshoot breakdowns and restore equipment to service.
  • Provide a safe working environment and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Lead by example with professionalism and confidentiality in a busy facility.
