This position involves working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and our clients to insure successful deployment, and documentation of our clients environment prior to the service going live. The engineer will be extremely proficient with all tools our business uses to deliver the service. Job responsibilities include:Work closely with internal and external technology support teams to ensure proper instrumentation of customer’s networks, systems, applications, services, and business processesCoordinate between internal teams and customer teams to ensure effective delivery of services with the aid of various toolsResearch, design, test and deploy solutions, which are cost-effective, flexible, highly available and agile.Manages and maintains the monitoring framework by:Completing application availability and performance monitoringTroubleshooting issues and implementing resolution of monitoring systems.Management of false positives and negativesConfiguration, release and change managementPerform installations according to design specifications; conduct pre-site preparations; and document transfer (internally & externally).Document procedures and develop knowledgebase articles.Aid internal teams in new customer service transitionsAll other duties as assignedBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
