The Sr. Materials Engineer will lead technical initiatives aimed at developing new or enhancing existing products and processes that have a significant impact on the company's success. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of key projects, driving innovation and improvement throughout the organization.

● 3+ years of materials engineering experience or equivalent expertise in materials science
● Hands-on experience with polymer compounding and extrusion
● Familiarity with injection molding
● Familiarity with other non-additive polymer conversion technologies and related equipment
● Design for additive manufacturing (DFAM) experience
Travel required: 5% or less

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $98,594 to $119,502, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
