The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00.

Role overview:
As a Senior Engineer, you will serve as a specialist in the engineering team supporting the product. You will develop and gain insight into the application architecture, distill abstract architecture into concrete design, influence implementation, and apply software engineering patterns to build robust, scalable systems. You will design and implement architecture independently, influence fellow engineers through proposals and feedback, and help triage operational issues. Your expertise will help eliminate recurring problems.

The Target Owned Brands - Spark Materials team, based at Target North Campus, develops capabilities for managing product materials, colors, and artwork, with integrations to outside solutions. In 2025, the team aims to connect materials with product BOMs and co-build a new Product Lifecycle Management Platform, playing a pivotal role in growing a $30+ billion business.
