Job summary

Copado is seeking a Sr Manager of Americas TAM to lead a skilled TAM team and drive DevOps maturity across enterprise accounts. You will mentor staff, manage critical engagements, and partner with success and product teams to deliver proactive, high-impact customer journeys.

The role emphasizes leadership in CI/CD, CRT, and AI-enabled testing, with a focus on account health, escalation governance, and global program delivery. Hybrid/onsite work expectations are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in technical, customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services.
• Proven hands-on implementation experience within Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing ecosystems.
• Senior-level customer engagement experience with enterprise IT and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of TAMs across engagement models.
• Manage case assignments, workflows, and KPIs with timely responses.
• Drive proactive engagements, formalize account strategies, and align customer journeys globally.
• Partner with Success, Support, and Product to ensure high-quality service delivery.
