Job summary

You will develop QA plans for new product introductions, support quoting, evaluate inspection processes, and drive corrective actions across suppliers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge, Six Sigma/Lean proficiency, and strong analytical skills to improve processes and ensure compliance across regulated

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of global new product introductions utilizing APQP and Process Optimization specific to the customer.
• Provide support for quoting activities through participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and input to inspection processes through inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
• Support global training programs for assigned customers through development and implementation of training sessions.
• Develop systems for document storage, access, and review pertaining to global customer accounts.
• Review supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
• Drive supplier process improvement efforts and standardization of processes.
• Interface with all departments regarding policies and procedures; support Process Improvement initiatives.
