Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee process improvements across designated area(s) of responsibility and drive major initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Strategy Team.

You will analyze problems, develop changes that add value to stores' bottom line, manage day-to-day processes, and lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver actionable insights and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include age 18+ and legal right to work in the United States.
• PMI certification preferred.
• 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate correct actions to the team and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations processes and drive value.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project work plans.
• Resolve issues and manage roadblocks within your area.
• Provide guidance and training on area-specific processes.
