Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a qualified manager to lead a team delivering frontline support to stores. You will oversee in-aisle tools and store devices, shaping business strategy, and driving continuous improvement for on-shelf availability and productivity.

You will partner with Store Operations, field leadership, engineering, and technology teams to translate store needs into scalable enterprise solutions. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain or related field.
• At least 5 years of retail experience or process management.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate corrective actions to the team and field.
• Lead improvements in store operations and core projects.
• Manage day-to-day processes and project work plans.
• Address issues and roadblocks within area of responsibility.
• Partner with field/stores and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Deliver high-level insights and recommendations from data analyses.
• Provide guidance and training on processes.
