Remote role for US-based candidates, with compensation in the range of $230,000 to $285,000 annually. The position emphasizes accountability, delivery speed, and vendor management across SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and delivering complex products.
• Strong architectural judgment in SaaS applications, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience improving developer productivity through automation and standardization.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development and balancing multiple project demands.
• Ownership of budgets and vendor relationships in a technical context.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
