Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance to lead the CMDB lifecycle, ensure data quality, and govern IT asset processes within ServiceNow.

Based in Bridgewater, NJ, the role requires deep expertise in Intune, Entra ID, and governance of CMDB data across CI classes, with strong API integration capabilities. The role emphasizes design, deployment, and maintenance of CMDB foundations, MID Server configurations, and data synchronization between Intune and CMDB,

Qualifications

• / Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• / ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CIS-ITOM).
• / ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilization and transformation of CMDB and ITAM processes in ServiceNow.
• Own and maintain ServiceNow CMDB (Polaris) across all CI classes.
