Job summary

Legend Biotech, based in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Sr. Manager to govern ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset processes.

You will own end‑to‑end CMDB lifecycle, from Intune discovery to CI governance, with emphasis on data quality, automation, and compliance in a regulated environment. Applicants should have strong API skills, expertise with Intune and Entra ID, and extensive CMDB experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required.
ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.
ServiceNow certifications (Admin/Developer) strongly preferred.
8–12 years in IT with 3–5 years leading end‑user services or digital workspaces, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead CMDB and IT Asset Management transformation in ServiceNow to raise data quality and governance.
Oversee CMDB data model, CI class hierarchy, and reconciliation policies to prevent duplicates.
Own CMDB (Polaris) and hardware assets from discovery to retirement across CI classes.
Manage API integrations, including Intune Graph Connector and Entra ID mappings.
Design and tune MID Server for reliable discovery across on‑prem and cloud environments.
Create dashboards and health reports for CI class owners and executives.
Collaborate with Identity team to ensure accurate user-to-CI mappings in Entra ID.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with governance standards across data flows.
