Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering to lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade initiatives. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, drive workshops, and coordinate offshore teams to deliver results.

You will oversee planning, governance, risk management, and quality assurance across agile, waterfall, or hybrid project environments, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in business, finance, or economics with advanced analytics preference.
• MBA or Masters in analytics or related field is a plus.
• Experience leading large projects and managing stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrades, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops and status updates.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans; manage agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Oversee testing phases (UAT/SIT/Pre-Prod) and drive go-live and post-go-live support.

Job Description

• Project Delivery Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Client Engagement Work directly with client stakeholders (business and IT), gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment.
• Team Coordination Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers.
• Planning & Governance Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Quality & Delivery Assurance Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.

Functional / Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.

Project Management Expertise

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred. Skilled in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities-critical for client-facing onshore roles.
