Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering to oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP and digital transformation programs. You will engage business and IT stakeholders, shape project scope, and drive complex initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Required: extensive experience in project delivery, client engagement, and team coordination across digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage RAID logs, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP and related platforms, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Engage client stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops and status updates.
• Coordinate with offshore development and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans; ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.
• Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod) and drive on-time go-lives and post-go-live support.

Manage escalations and remove blockers.Planning & Governance Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Quality & Delivery Assurance Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.Functional / Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.Project Management Expertise Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred.
