Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ, seeks a Sr. Manager - Microsoft Operations to lead the strategic and operational orchestration of Microsoft-related teams globally.

You will drive scalable processes, governance, and performance reporting to support SHI's Microsoft business. You will partner with Sales, IT, Finance, and vendor leadership to standardize workflows, manage licensing, and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of operational leadership, governance, and reporting experience.
• Experience with licensing, contracts, and partner program operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational execution for Microsoft-related teams across regions.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Drive standardization, governance, and scalable processes across the organization.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Finance, and vendor leadership to align priorities and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders using industry terminology for clear direction.
• Oversee licensing, contract routing, license orders, and lifecycle activities.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Forecast capacity and workforce needs to support growth and wellbeing.
• Coach leaders and teams to build Microsoft ops expertise and succession readiness.
