SHI International Corp is seeking a Sr. Manager - Microsoft Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution for global Microsoft teams. You will develop dashboards, drive standardization, and align cross-functional partners to optimize licensing, contracts, and renewals.

You will partner with Sales, IT, Finance, and Microsoft leadership to implement scalable processes, empower teams, and ensure seamless vendor collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Business or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for local and international Microsoft operational teams.
• Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive governance and process documentation for consistency and scalability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance, and vendor-side Microsoft leadership to align priorities.
