Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Sr. Manager of Microsoft Operations to lead global operational teams and standardize processes across contracts, license order management, and governance.

You will collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Microsoft leadership to translate vendor expectations into clear internal direction. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a track record of driving process improvements within a multinational tech services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for local and international Microsoft operational teams.
• Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive operational governance, documentation, and scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Microsoft-aligned leadership, Purchasing, IT, Finance.
• Communicate with vendor Microsoft leadership using Microsoft terminology.
• Forecast capacity and workforce requirements to support growth.
• Coach, develop, and mentor leaders across teams to build Microsoft expertise.
