Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced PubSec Microsoft Account Manager in New Jersey to drive retention and growth by identifying client pain points and delivering tailored IT solutions.

You will lead business reviews, coordinate with sales and internal teams, and maintain CRM data to support renewals and campaigns. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, forecasting alignment, and exceptional customer service across regions, with a base salary range reflecting market

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of outside or inside sales experience supporting large organizations.
• Ability to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive revenue through professional services.
• Experience selling IT products and services on a global scale, across regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify client pain points and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain regular communication to align forecasts with sales and supply chain.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and coordinate with Account Executives.
• Create pricing quotes and manage renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and CRM updates.
