Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Manager - IT Factory & Datacenter Services to lead and manage infrastructure service delivery across our global footprint, including Factories, Integration Centers, and Corporate Data Centers.

The Senior Manager will ensure reliable, scalable IT and physical infrastructure services that support business-critical operations. Reporting to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis, this role requires strong leadership of a distributed team, governance of SLAs and KPIs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience leading global, multi-site infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery across Factories, Integration Centers, and Data Centers globally.
• Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Drive standardization of delivery processes and operational governance.
• Oversee 24x7 support, capacity planning, and site expansions.
