Job Summary

Responsible for contributing to the development, implementation, and measurement of Community Account Sales and marketing programs and initiatives. Ensures programs are designed to meet/exceed subscriber penetration objectives in assigned MDU properties. Leads a team of Representatives in developing property owner/manager relationships that improve penetration results. Develops financial and operational objectives, ensuring operational plans align with business goals. Contributes to functional strategy development. Manages one or more groups of professional employees, impacting business results.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with business partners to support and achieve penetration results in assigned properties through effective deployment of programs and sharing best practices.
  • Supports identification and use of key activity and productivity metrics to measure success, managing teams to meet these metrics.
  • Ensures representatives understand their objectives and are trained according to learning plans, including classroom, coaching, simulations, and e-learning modules.
  • Manages communication and training strategies to ensure representatives are knowledgeable about Comcast products, branding, and current offers/promotions. Validates reporting of sales, installation numbers, and other metrics.
  • Works with IT and other departments to ensure proper sales routing and assignment distribution and reporting.
  • Assists in developing strategic, financial, and operational objectives, aligning operational plans with business goals.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintains regular, punctual attendance; willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
