What You Will Do
- Act as the main driver to increase car audio take rates across all OEM group brands.
- Execute marketing activities, maintain customer contacts, and represent the company at customer sites.
- Conduct market analysis, observation, and research related to car audio products.
- Prepare strategic concept descriptions, price indications, technical and commercial offers, and conduct negotiations.
- Interface with the customer's marketing department to identify business potential and develop measures to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and market presence.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with OEM sales channels, dealer management teams, fleet business units, and supporting functions to drive revenue growth of Branded Audio and Connected Car products.
- Develop an understanding of the customer-specific go-to-market approach globally and align strategic plans accordingly.
- Act as the primary Harman contact for strategic joint growth plans and develop joint value propositions.
- Generate innovative ideas internally, pitch them to customers, and seek approval for programs.
- Collaborate with CAMs and Marketing to execute plans, monitor, and report on program success.
- Lead program management, develop detailed project plans, and define success metrics.
- Report to the customer and CAM management at the director level.
What You Need
- 7+ years of relevant experience in partner management, business development, sales, or demand generation marketing focused on car audio.
- Experience working with OEMs.
- Experience designing and executing joint plans with strategic alliance partners globally.
- Expertise in driving business and marketing through the customer ecosystem.
- Proven ability to work with sales leaders to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong collaboration, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in complex, evolving environments.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to measure, test, learn, and optimize results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong project management skills and experience in gaining consensus and driving deliverables.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
