Regional Account Manager - Laboratory Animal Cleanroom Technology

Join us as a Regional Account Manager specializing in Laboratory Animal Cleanroom Technology. This role involves engaging with professionals in Laboratory Animal Science facilities across research, academic, testing, and laboratory settings.

Location: Ideally based in Eastern PA, Southern NJ, MD, Northern VA, or DC. Territory includes MA, CT, RI, Southern NY, NJ, Eastern PA, MD, and VA.

Company: Industry leader in proprietary, medical-grade cleanroom sanitation products used in hospitals, pharmacies, medication manufacturing, and laboratories, complying with ISO and FDA standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Laboratory Animal Science facilities and support customers with SOPs, product education, and support.
  • Drive product demand through in-person contact, presentations, demos, and training.
  • Understand product lines and services to generate new business and service existing accounts.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring service continuity and trust.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support distribution partners and attend sales calls to ensure product fulfillment.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams.
  • Submit accurate reports and participate in conferences and trade shows.
  • Adhere to quality standards and demonstrate company core values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing a large, multi-state territory.
  • Proven sales success.
  • Experience with distribution networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with team collaboration.
Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to $30,000 annually, totaling $100,000 to $130,000. Benefits include a company car or allowance, full benefits, expenses, 401(k) with match, and 4 weeks PTO in the first year.
