Job summary

ACS Flooring is seeking a Sr. Manager of Applications & Data to own delivery across our application portfolio, including CRM, SaaS tools, and customer-facing applications.

You will direct contracted vendors, set quality standards, and guide modernization to reduce vendor dependency while building internal capability. You will lead the reporting and analytics environment, leveraging AI-assisted development to document, map data flows, and de-risk legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of application development and delivery experience.
• 3+ years directing outsourced or contracted development teams.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tooling.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Quickbase/Power Platform.
• Ownership of source control, environments, and release management.
• Experience delivering BI and analytics with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for ACS's application portfolio, including CRM and integrations.
• Direct development vendor capacity and validate estimates.
• Own the reporting and analytics environment with Power BI.
• Lead modernization using AI-assisted tooling to document and de-risk legacy systems.
• Set standards for documentation, testing, and release management.
