Job summary

American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics in Jeffersonville, IN, onsite with relocation options. You will own the technical direction for a cross-skilled team supporting data platforms and lead modernization of the data architecture, balancing hands-on technical credibility with project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Strong technical proficiency with cloud data platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Manage hiring, development, coaching, and performance of Data & Analytics team members.
Guide the evolution of the data stack and collaborate with IT and business leaders.
Lead modernization of data architecture through evaluation, planning, and implementation.
Ensure data integrity and governance across data engineering, BI, and architecture initiatives.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
