Job summary

ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists seeks a Sr. Manager of Applications & Data to own delivery across our portfolio of applications, including CRM, SaaS tools, and reporting.

You will direct contracted partners and use AI-assisted development to de-risk legacy systems while modernizing our stack. You will own the data, analytics, and governance, delivering real-time insights via Power BI and robust data models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application development and delivery.
• 3+ years directing outsourced or contracted teams.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tooling.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Quickbase, Power Platform).
• Ownership of source control, environments, release management.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across the ACS application portfolio and vendor capacity.
• Lead modernization using AI-assisted tooling and document legacy systems.
• Oversee reporting/analytics, Power BI data models, and governance.
• Maintain architecture standards and API/documentation across systems.
