Waters is looking for a Informatics Sales Manager to lead our North American Informatics sales team. This is a great opportunity to lead a team of outstanding sales and support personnel while working for a company passionate about delivering benefits to our customers, employees, community, and shareholders.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, results-oriented leader with proven ability to motivate and develop a field sales and support organization. They should have the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems, control costs, and maximize sales team efficiency.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Masters, or PhD in scientific areas such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry preferred.
