Senior Field Sales Manager, SaaS *Remote*

This position allows you to work remotely from a home office located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific U.S. time zones.

Research and Learning, US (CCHGroup.com) is part of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, a leading provider of tax, accounting, and audit solutions. Our key products include CCH AnswerConnect, CCH Account Research Manager, and CCH CPELink.

As a Sr. Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive profitable sales growth within your assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will report to the Divisional Sales Manager, Research & Learning – Tax & Accounting North America. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Learning and mastering our product line and sales process.
  2. Managing your account list to support a healthy sales pipeline.
  3. Driving new account development and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  4. Contributing to product development and issue resolution.
  5. Increasing market share by engaging with client management at the departmental and executive levels.
  6. Planning and scheduling sales activities efficiently.
  7. Collaborating with colleagues and managing conflicts professionally.
  8. Developing and updating business plans and forecasts.
  9. Engaging in weekly communication with your manager.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Preferred Experience:

  • Success in inside or virtual sales roles.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, especially with SaaS or software.
  • Experience in the Tax & Accounting industry.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel up to 10%.

Compensation: Target salary range varies by state, approximately $76,350 - $105,700, plus commissions.
