The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing position, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. The role will focus on project win strategies and growth at targeted accounts within a specific US region.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving regional strategies to achieve order targets for new valve equipment to EPCs, OEMs, and other key project customers.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase penetration in regional accounts.
  • Leading regional project pursuit processes to maximize participation for relevant valve products, working directly with clients and strategic channel partners.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and sales management systems.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into effective solutions leveraging company's valve technologies.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales with a focus on long-term customer value.
  • Partnering with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of valve products.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree preferably in a STEM discipline or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Have 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in direct project/account sales.
  • Have a proven track record of success in selling control and/or relief valve equipment or similar industrial products.
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of control valves, pressure relief valves, instrumentation, and related systems in relevant industries.
  • Have a strong background in industrial B2B product sales, including customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation.
  • Have success in selling directly to EPCs, OEMs, and corporate HQs.
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence through data and experience.
  • Demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams within a global matrix environment.
  • Be able to travel up to 50% for business.
