Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Senior Icertis Administrator to own the ICI platform, overseeing administration, configuration, governance and support for contract lifecycle management. The Senior Icertis Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role serves as the technical and functional owner of the CLM environment, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure contract lifecycle management processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

The individual will lead platform enhancements, workflow automation, user support, reporting, integrations, system governance, and release management while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Icertis administration and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
