Position Title: Icertis CLM Deployment SME

Location: Arlington, VA

Clearance Requirements: Secret or higher

Position Status: Contract (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $110/Hr.

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment SME to support the enterprise-wide rollout of Icertis CLM. The role will focus on contract obligation management, clause libraries, compliance flow-downs, and seamless integration with Infor (S2P) and Costpoint (Finance).

The SME will collaborate with System Integrator (SI) consultants, business process owners, and compliance officers to configure Icertis to reflect future-state processes, meet federal contracting requirements, and optimize the end-to-end contract-procurement-finance lifecycle. This role includes design, configuration, testing, and training responsibilities and requires hands‑on expertise in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with SI consultants to design, validate, and implement contract management workflows (authoring, obligation tracking, approvals).
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance teams during design and build sessions.
  • Identify and map contract data elements (CLINs, SLINs, obligations, deliverables, milestones) into Costpoint non-CAS structures.
  • Define obligation‑to‑financial mapping rules (e.g., CLIN → Project Code → Billing Event) and validate interface requirements for milestone-based billing and fee structures.
  • Document, test, and validate Icertis‑to‑Costpoint integration scenarios for non-CAS contracts during UAT.
  • Ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA requirements are embedded into contract templates, workflows, and reporting.
  • Oversee clause library, metadata, and template setup to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
  • Develop obligation‑to‑action flows to trigger downstream actions based on contract milestones and deliverables.
  • Support UAT, prepare test cases, and document results for contracts, legal, and supply chain users.
  • Create training content in partnership with Change Management leads to support end‑user adoption.
  • Provide hyper‑care expertise post‑go‑live to stabilize operations and ensure smooth functionality.
Required Skills/Education
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience deploying Icertis CLM, including workflow configuration, clause libraries, and obligation management.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, DCAA).
  • Proven experience integrating Icertis with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle) and finance platforms (Costpoint, Deltek).
  • Demonstrated leadership in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent business analysis skills, translating legal and contract requirements into system configuration.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with supplier compliance flow‑downs and catalog management.
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite A&D and Deltek Costpoint.
  • Prior experience with Business Process Re‑Engineering (BPR) for contracts and compliance.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation in ERP or supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of audit and reporting controls for government contracting.
Why Join
