Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking an expert Icertis CLM consultant for fully remote delivery of enterprise CLM programs. You will lead requirements workshops, design functional and technical solutions, and own data migration from legacy sources.

The role covers contract generation, templates, clauses, and ICI integration across multiple environments. You will work with AI components like Vera, Copilot and analytics, ensuring configurations and promotions are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, in-depth experience with enterprise-grade Icertis CLM implementations (green/brown field).
• Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs.
• Experience implementing and configuring contract generation workflows, templates and clauses.
• Experience integrating ICI with Salesforce and SAP Ariba via Connectors and REST APIs.
• Experience configuring e-signature tools (Icertis Native Sign, DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
• Strong promotion methodologies (P2P) and multi-environment releases.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and produce BRDs, specs, test scripts, playbooks, guides.
• Ability to capture architecture and solution design using drafting tools.

Job description

You will work on enterprise-grade Icertis CLM implementations, covering both green field and brown field programs, from requirements workshops through configuration, integration and data migration. The role is fully remote and hands‑on, spanning contract generation workflows, ICI integrations and the platform's AI components. It suits someone who has delivered full Icertis implementations and can own both the functional design and the technical detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to gather business requirements, define project scope, and translate them into actionable functional designs and best-practice solutions.
• Implement and configure Contract Generation workflow, template and clause management.
• Migrate structured and unstructured contracting data from legacy and next generation data sources into Icertis, including building data migration pipelines.
• Integrate ICI with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce and SAP Ariba using ICI Connectors and REST APIs.
• Configure Icertis Native Sign or third‑party e‑signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), user management, and SSO authentication using SAML or OAuth.
• Work with the various AI components of Icertis, including Vera agents, Copilot and analytics.
• Manage configurations and promotion (P2P) across multiple environments and releases.
• Create project artifacts including BRD, functional specifications, test scripts, training playbooks and user guides.

• Ability to capture and articulate architecture and solution design using architecture drafting tools.

Nice to have

• Implementation experience in the telecommunications domain.
