Job summary

CTG is seeking an Icertis CLM Functional Consultant for our client in Dallas, Texas. This contract role spans 12 months and focuses on configuring CLM templates, workflows, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will design and optimize agreement processes, support UAT and end-user training, and build dashboards for obligations, renewals, and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and strong English communication are required.

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Configure and manage Icertis CLM (ICI) contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and approval hierarchies.
• Design and optimize agreement workflows across drafting, negotiation, approval, and signature.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide end-user training.
• Configure dashboards and reports for contract obligations, renewals, and compliance.
• Support integrations with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, e-signature tools, and other enterprise applications.
