Job summary

Leoforce in Midland, TX is seeking an HR Manager to own the full local HR function, partnering with the executive team and local leadership to drive people strategy for 400+ employees in the energy sector.

You will lead field operations recruiting, travel to Hobbs and other Permian sites, and help build a high-performing, collaborative culture with best-in-class compensation and benefits.

• 10 years O&G/energy experience
• Experience managing field operations team (pumpers, PEs, geo-tech, safety)
• Local and college recruiting
