Jobot in the United States seeks an HR Generalist to scale and support the local HR function, working with the executive team, local leadership, and 800+ employees. This on-site role covers Hobbs, NM, and Woodward, OK, with field deployment across sites.

You will drive local and college recruiting, support field operations teams (pumpers, PEs, geo-tech, safety), and require travel to Hobbs, Woodward, and other Permian sites, contributing to a growing team in a stable energy company.

Formación

• 5+ years O&G/energy experience.
• Experience with field operations roles is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Hobbs, NM and Woodward, OK.

Responsabilidades

• Field Operations - pumpers, PEs, geo-tech, safety.
• Local and college recruiting.
• Travel to Hobbs, NM, Woodward, OK, and other Permian sites.
• Grow and develop the local HR team.
