Job summary

Jobot is hiring an HR Generalist to support the entire local HR function for an energy sector client. You will work with the executive team and local leadership to engage a workforce of 800+ employees, with openings in Hobbs, NM and Woodward, OK.

This on-site role requires field travel across Permian sites and collaboration with field operators. The position offers competitive compensation, direct access to executive leadership, and a collaborative, low-ego culture.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
