About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

1. Support HR strategies across departments to align with business goals.
2. Coach managers on employee relations and resolve people-related issues.
3. Implement and improve talent programs including reviews and conversations.
4. Manage performance processes and support talent development initiatives.
5. Collaborate on headcount planning, job descriptions, and compensation strategies.
6. Address employee engagement and performance issues.
7. Conduct investigations related to employee relations.
8. Coordinate employee lifecycle updates and support mobility and visa processes.
9. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
10. Model and promote company values and participate in initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required; professional HR certifications are a plus.
2. 10+ years of HR experience supporting large organizations, including multi-state support.
3. Strong knowledge of US employment law; international law experience is a plus.
4. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
5. Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is advantageous.
7. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits & Compensation

We offer comprehensive health, emotional, social, and financial benefits, including health insurance, sabbaticals, parental leave, educational stipends, and stock options. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 annually, with bonuses.

Work Conditions

Most roles require in-office presence 3-5 days/week, with flexibility. Initial full-time office work during training is expected. Limited travel may be required.
