We offer an exciting growth opportunity within a newly forming HR Business Partner team in a robust organization with clear potential for advancement. We seek a strategic, solution-oriented HR leader to support senior executives and their teams globally. You will be part of both the HR Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership teams, developing and implementing HR solutions tailored to business needs and growth goals. Your leadership will be valued in our dynamic, evolving team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member for one or more business units, aligning people strategy with business strategy to add impact and value.
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of people strategies and programs in partnership with COE leaders for assigned units.
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance across various leadership levels, influencing management and employees alike.
  • Manage collaboration across a matrix team, including HR centers of excellence (employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, legal, etc.).
  • Lead change management activities related to HR programs, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and evaluate HR initiatives' effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist roles.
  • Proven success partnering with senior management in mid to large, high-growth global environments.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws.
  • Experience leading global teams and influencing at all organizational levels.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365; experience with Oracle HCM preferred.
  • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
