Job summary

Teamified is seeking an AI-first engineer to own the AICoach and the systems that surround it. You will set the technical direction with the product brief, and ship at speed with agentic coding workflows.

You will be the sole engineer initially, building the core system, driving safe automated testing, and ensuring scalable releases. You will work directly with the non-technical founder, plan and execute with minimal supervision, and gradually expand the team as the product grows, maintaining a

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping LLm-based products to production, including prompt architecture, RAG, evals, moderation and safety handling.
• Strong backend engineering with Python and FastAPI; comfortable with infrastructure, CI/CD and production operations.
• Solid React Native and React skills for mobile and web, including in-app purchases and Stripe integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the AICoach and surrounding systems end-to-end, reporting to a non-technical founder.
• Own backend stack (Python, FastAPI, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS) and ensure scalable, secure delivery.
• Own mobile/web delivery (React Native, React) and subscription flows.
• Own release engineering (CI/CD, environments, signing, monitoring, backups, rollbacks).
• Translate technical decisions into plain language for the founder and clinical team.

YouareanAI-firstengineer.Youuseagenticcodingtools(Cursor,ClaudeCodeorequivalent)asyourdefaultworkflow-planning,generating,reviewingandshippingwithAIleverageratherthanwritingeverythingbyhand.YoubuildevaluationharnessessotheAICoachcanbetestedautomaticallyagainstscenariosuitesoneverychange.Youareaself-starterwhotakesabrief,breaksitintoaplan,communicatestheplan,executesit,andreportsoutcomes-withdirectionfromthefounderbutwithoutneedingtechnicalsupervision.
