1&1 IONOS SE in Center City Philadelphia seeks a growth marketing leader to own CAC/inflow and drive end-to-end funnel optimization. You will build and scale new channels, employ AI-first tooling, and coach junior teammates in a fast-paced pod.

You'll own the ad-unit-to-conversion loop, coordinate landing pages and offers, and work with global teams to accelerate growth across TikTok, Meta, YouTube pre-roll, podcasts, and more. Hybrid onsite presence required.

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally direct-to-consumer/eCommerce or affiliate.
• Ownership mentality with budget responsibility.
• AI-first operator using LLMs and generative tools.
• Full-funnel fluency across creative, channels, landing pages, offers, and analytics.
• Player-coach mentality, capable of mentoring early-career teammates.
• Matrix-friendly, able to operate across teams/time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own CAC and inflow numbers, moving blended CAC toward target while hitting inflow goals channel by channel.
• Own the full ad-unit-to-conversion loop: brief/produce creative, set up channels, coordinate landing pages and offers, measure end-to-end impact.
• Build out new channels: stand up and scale TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, and creator/affiliate with disciplined test loops.
• Use AI-first production/analysis to create, analyze, and optimize daily within a pod-driven structure.
• Drive content workbench: scripting, briefing creators, and turning output into testable paid assets.
• Partner with central German teams and Website A/B/PO on landing pages and conversions.
