CONFISA INTERNATIONAL GROUP seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentic AI for the Americas. This client-facing, hands-on leadership role operates at the intersection of executive problem framing, rapid engineering, and scalable architecture, engaging directly with CXOs to identify high-value wedges and MVP routes.

Buildingandscalingenterprise gradeGenAI+AgenticAI capabilities(Foundry,orchestration,governance/AgentOp,accelerators,andverticalizedagents)acrossFortune2000clients.

AsaForwardDeployedEngineer(FDE),youwilloperateattheintersectionofexecutiveproblemframing,rapidengineering,andscalablearchitecture.YouwillengagedirectlywithclientCXOsandssseni orleaderstoidentifyahighvaluewedge,buildaworkingproofinweeks,andtranslatethatintoaclearpathtowardMVPandscaledrolloutonornayhyper-scalerplatforms.

Youwillbeembeddedindealsandclientjourneys—shippingrealagenticsystems,notslides.

Key Responsibilities

1) Executive-facing discovery & value shaping

• PartnerwithSales,ClientPartners,andleaderstorunCXO-levelworkingsessionsthattranslatebusinesspainintoanOutcomeThesis(KPItree,baseline,uplifthypothesis,operatingconstraints).
• Identifytheright“thin-slice”wedgeforarapidPoV:highsignal,measurable,lowdependency,enterprise-relevant.
• Communicatetrade-offsclearly:whattoautomatevsassist,wherehuman-in-the loopisrequired,andwhat“safescale”entails.

2) Rapid Proof of Value engineering

• BuildarapidPoVthatdemonstratesbusinessimpact+technicalfeasibility trustworthiness
• Implementagentworkflowswithtooluse,integrationtoenterprisesystems,andlightweightUI/experienceforstakeholderclarity.
• Createinitialevaluationharness(tasksuccess,accuracy,policycompliance,tool-callsuccess,latency/cost)andcapturebaselinevsPoVlift.

3) Agentic blueprint & path-to-scale handoff

• ProduceascalableAgenticBlueprint:agentroles,orchestrationpatterns,tools/APIs,data/knowledgestrategy,guardrails,observability,andHILescalation.
• DefineMVPbacklogandarchitecturedecisions:identity/access,audit,logging,fallbackdesign,policyboundaries,anddeploymentmodel.
• Handoffcleanlytodeliveryteams(MVPsquads/pods)withaproduction-readyplan.

4) Solution architecture + client ecosystem

• DesignsolutionsusingconstructsorhyperscalerAgenticAIfoundations(Foundry,knowledgefabric/RAGpatterns,agentorchestration,governance,observability/AgentOps
• Deployacrosshyperscalers(AWS/Azure/GCP)and/orclientenvironments;integratewithenterpriseapps(e.g.,ServiceNow,Salesforce,SAP,Microsoftstack).
• Ensurealignmentwithenterprisesecurity,privacy,andcompliancerequirements.

5) Deal acceleration & differentiation

• Serveasatechnical“closer”incompetitivepursuits:demos,workshops,architecturedeepdives,andtechnicalvalidation.
• Createreusableaccelerators:promptpacks,workflowtemplates,connectors,evalsuites,referencearchitectures—sofuturePoVsbecomefasterandrepeatable.
• Contributetothoughtleadershipandfieldplaybooks(industryusecases,POVpatterns,autonomyladderconstructs,commercialhooks).

Required Qualifications

• 8+yearsofexperienceinfull-stackengineering/solutionarchitecture/technicalconsulting,withsignificantclient-facingdelivery.
• Demonstratedabilitytobuildquicklyunderambiguityandstillmaintainsoundarchitectureinstincts.
• StrongexperiencewithmodernAIstacks,including:
• LLMs/agentpatterns:orchestration,tool-calling,planning/executionloops,memorypatterns
• RAG&knowledge:embeddingstrategies,chunking,vectordatabases,retrievalevaluation
• Evaluation:offline+onlineevals,regressionsuites,safetytests/red-teamingbasics
