Position Summary

This role will support the Sr. Manager, FP&A, and collaborate with global/zone FP&A teams in preparing and analyzing financial reports. It will also support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Be a strategic business partner by providing critical reporting and actionable insights based on financial and data analysis.
2. Prepare monthly financial packages, analyze operational and financial performance, and identify key drivers for variances.
3. Collaborate with other functional areas to streamline and centralize relevant business information.
4. Prepare presentations for the Executive Team and Senior Management.
5. Reconcile and analyze risks, opportunities, sensitivities, and cost-saving initiatives.
6. Support user acceptance testing and implementation of FP&A-driven processes.
7. Assist in developing annual targets based on business drivers.
8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental and business operations.
10. Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures, including education, training, and use of protective equipment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2-3 years in finance, budgeting, and analysis or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to review financial statements, draw conclusions, and recommend actions.
• Experience in developing organized, data-driven presentations.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments with multiple priorities.
• Critical thinking skills for task assessment.
• Attention to detail for timely and accurate reporting.

Preferred Education

BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed in a professional office setting. No domestic travel is required. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 15 pounds, and standing/walking for less than 4 hours. Conditions are typical of an office environment.
