Financial Planning Analyst (Remote) - Various U.S. States & Territories | Posted: 6/14/2024

Responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals and reconciliations.
2. Review reconciled invoices, SAP expenses, open POs, and budgets for accuracy.
3. Coordinate with the ISG offshore team to ensure SOPs, metrics, and data accuracy.
4. Conduct weekly, monthly, and necessary financial walkthroughs with POPs leadership.
5. Collaborate with S2P & Finance teams on closure activities.
6. Provide advisory on finance processes and suggest improvements.
7. Support meetings with finance, CFO teams, and strategic discussions.
8. Assist Client Operations & Client Finance heads by forecasting spend by PO/Cost Center.
9. Perform cost variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
10. Produce financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually for senior management and stakeholders.
11. Analyze key business drivers and financial metrics to support management decisions.
12. Proactively review financial information, identify inconsistencies, and follow up with stakeholders.
13. Participate in budget preparation, scenario building, and modeling.
14. Work with client heads to forecast and address issues.
15. Analyze project spend to help improve business performance.
16. Perform ad hoc analysis and financial modeling as required.
